Sunshine….aaaahhhhhh the welcoming warmth and joy it brings after a long wet, cold, dark SPRING (!).  It truly does lighten up my day in so many ways… so it may explain why I have a slight obsession with it’s happy, YELLOW glowing color.   Some in my life may say it’s more than a slight obsession actually.  I love it so much I have highlighted two (maybe three?) rooms in our home with it and even drive a very, very bright yellow Jeep.  So yes, I admit that perhaps it’s more like a full on extreme obsession after all.

I’m totally OK with that though because when I look at the color yellow it makes me happy and if a simple color can do that then I say… WHY NOT??!!

You would think I have enough of the color yellow in my life but I would disagree especially since it is everywhere this season and it has certainly heightened my obsession with it (uh oh).   All over Instagram, Pinterest, magazines, TV, the runway and just about everywhere are such cute and vibrant, cheery yellow pieces.

So my quest this time is to bring on the sunshine – but of course at a steal!

Along with the all my obsessive yellow I’ve seen there are some real fantastic bags out there…what goes better with sunshine than a pretty basket?  Well not exactly a basket but all the great wicker, rattan and straw bags are similar and just too cute to ignore!

So my quest for great deals on a “basket full of sunshine” began”!  I had to narrow it down but have included just SOME of the fun yellow spring, summer items that I love.

So it’s time to bring on the sunny deals!!!
