My lifestyle is very casual as you will see from most of my posts.  The outfits I usually “quest” after are mostly laid back, hang-out-on-the-weekend outfits. Once in a while I will have an event to attend such as a wedding and of course then I will always post my endless search for the perfect dress…which is always an adventure in itself as I am sure most of you can attest to. But for now I will stick to my casual hanging out with my family and friends weekend outfits!

Everywhere I look I keep seeing these blue pinstripe blouses in magazines, online, on TV, on the streets and I have to say that every time I see one it always gets my attention. They come in all shapes and sizes… off the  shoulder,cold shoulder, long, short doesn’t matter for some reason these blouses just make me happy and remind me that its summer….I just love them!  For this post I had so many “inspiration photos” as there really are so many cute ones. It was certainly tough to narrow it down to one before I went on my quest!  As always I began my search online to narrow it down for price and availability so I’m not running around wasting time and gas.  So sometimes I do buy directly at the store but very often I find that there are more coupons if you buy items online (especially at Old Navy). And very often with some stores you can get free shipping if you have it shipped to the local store and pick it up there.  For my online coupons I often just go to a site called Retailmenot.com and they have coupons for all kinds of stores.  Another one I use for in store purchases is an app called SnipSnap and also just sign up for the stores discounts such as Targets Cartwheel which sends you reminders of coupons and discounts.

So for this fresh and summery PRICEY outfit that caught my eye in a magazine and online the cost is this:   $58 + $200 + $595 = total for outfit = $853 (YIKES!)

The adorable and cheap (and less guilt-inducing outfit) I found on my quest is only $14.00 + $22.40 + $29.95= total for my outfit = $66.35!

Just a note …for the jeans I went with the distressed look to give the outfit a little more edge. I just love to wear this…it really is light, summery, and so comfy! Bottomline savings is $786.65!! WOW! LOVE THIS OUTFIT!!
